³¹ And that was ^(A)counted to him as righteousness
    from generation to generation for ever.
³² They ^(B)angered him at the waters of Meribah,
    and it went ill with Moses on their account,
³³ for they ^(C)made his spirit bitter,^[a]
    and he ^(D)spoke rashly with his lips.
